Gregory Soros, the artist son of the billionaire and Democratic financier George Soros, is selling his $12 million Manhattan home, less than three years after he bought it.
The five-story, 5,700-square-foot townhouse features a rooftop basketball court, reports the Daily Mail:
Soros is now selling the house for $12 million, just $100 more than what he paid in 2010, according to the real estate website Curbed.
The house was designed by HGTV's husband-and-wife design team Cortney and Robert Novogratz, who bought it for $1.5 million in 2004 before gutting it completely.
The average list price for Little Italy is $3.5 million.
His father is currently embroiled in an ongoing legal battle with his ex-girlfriend.
