It looks like President Obama's been cribbing from his own speeches.
The Republican National Committee released a new ad Wednesday juxtaposing President Obama's speech on the Republican budget from 2011 with his remarks Tuesday at the Associated Press Luncheon—and found even the phrasing is nearly identical in spots.
Obama also repeated the claim that Republicans are attempting to "end Medicare," which the fact-checking website PolitiFact.com awarded "Lie of the Year" in 2011.
White House press secretary Jay Carney said Wednesday, "He could have, and did in many ways give the same speech last year at this time."
