WH Announces Budget Will Be Released in April, Two Months After Deadline

White House press secretary Jay Carney announced President Obama will put forth his budget sometime in April, two months after the deadline which is the first Monday in February.

Carney also confirmed that the president's budget does not balance. Rep. Paul Ryan's (R., Wis.) budget that was released today which balances in 10 years.
