Dr. Phil slammed the mother of an entitled girl on his show Friday.
Danielle Bregoli became famous as the "Cash Me Outside" girl after appearing on Dr. Phil last month, BroBible wrote.
Her mother, Barbara Ann Bregoli, appeared on the show Friday, where Dr. Phil brought up the daughter's extensive list of demands to appear again on the show, which included a demand to be put up in one of the city's finest hotels. Barbara Ann tried to justify the list, but Dr. Phil cut her off and brought out a member of his production staff who works with the show's guests.
"I went through thousands of letters that we've gotten from past guests and I took notes and what I hear them say is, 'Wow! We asked for help, we were so desperate, so alone and when our request was answered all of a sudden it was like the whole world opened up to us," said the staffer, Anthony. "What we don't hear are complaints, demands, uncooperativeness or an attitude of entitlement."
Anthony said they are thanked even by guests with serious problems, like heroin addicts.
Barbara Ann blew up at Anthony, asking if any other Dr. Phil episode had brought in ratings like Danielle's episode had.
"Oh my God, are you kidding me?" Dr. Phil said.
The family's outrageous behavior was on full display when Dr. Phil interviewed Danielle, who claimed to have made Dr. Phil famous through her appearance on his show.
"I guess what's good for you is I made you just like how Oprah made you," Danielle said. "You were nothing before I came on this show."
"Thank you for that," said a stunned Dr. Phil.
