The Hillary Clinton campaign is charging $5,000 for individuals to snap a photo with longtime aide Huma Abedin, who stepped off the campaign trail following the FBI's announcement that her emails had become the new focus of its investigation into the Democratic nominee's use of a private server.

The lavish fundraiser is set to take place on Thursday evening and features Vogue editor in chief Anna Wintour along with upscale fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg. While the invitations were distributed last week, prior to Abedin becoming the FBI's latest target, they are still thought to be valid, the Daily Mail reported.

The fundraiser will mark Abedin's first public appearance since the FBI's announcement on Friday that it was investigating thousands of emails found on a laptop belonging to her estranged husband Anthony Weiner.

Real estate guru Constance Milstein is hosting the event at her multi-million-dollar home in Washington, D.C.'s Georgetown neighborhood. Attendees can purchase tickets ranging from $500 to $10,000.

In September, Abedin traveled to New York City to attend a fashion show fundraiser hosted by Wintour and Von Furstenberg days after announcing her separation from Weiner amid new sexting accusations.
