Maura Pally, acting CEO of the Clinton Foundation, admitted Sunday the foundation had taken missteps in disclosing foreign government donations and will be amending their past five tax returns.
John Heilemann said there was concern from the Obama administration when Hillary Clinton became secretary of state. Heilemann said the Clintons created an elaborate set of rules that they completely ignored.
When Clinton became secretary of state, Bill Clinton’s speaking fees more than tripled.
"President Clinton’s post-presidency has been marked by carelessness and some degree of greed," Heilemann said.
