Perhaps as a result of all the recent personnel shake-ups at the White House, the staff at the Department of Defense appears to be asleep at the switch.
DOD misspelled Eric Shinseki’s name both in their email alert this afternoon and the DOD news website to which the email linked, announcing "Shenseki Resigns as VA Secretary."
Despite a friendly Washington Free Beacon correction on Twitter, DOD resent the same email nearly two hours later.
