New York state Democratic Assemblyman Dennis Garbryszak resigned Sunday amid claims he sexually harassed members of his own staff, the Wall Street Journal reports.
Both former and current staff members claim he made unwanted sexual advances toward them.
Gabryszak maintains that "no sexual contact" occurred between himself and his staff.
New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D.) had asked Gabryszak to either step down or deny the charges.
