Speaker John Boehner said he’s "highly skeptical" that President Obama has the legal authority to authorize an administrative fix allowing some people to keep their current health insurance plans next year.
"I am highly skeptical that they can do this administratively," Boehner said. "I just don’t see within the law their ability to do that."
"No one can identify anything the president could do that would be legal and effective," Boehner added. "The only way to fully protect the America people is to scrap this law once and for all. There is no way to fix this."
