Cheryl Campbell, a senior Vice President at CGI Federal Inc., the company tasked with creating the Obamacare website, admitted Thursday morning at the House Energy and Commerce Hearing that CGI had not conducted any type of pilot program before the launch of Obamacare on October 1.
Rep. Joe Barton (R., Texas) asked her "Did you do any do any kind of a pilot program on this before it was rolled out?" to which Campbell responded "No, there was no pilot program."
