David Letterman’s nightly Top 10 list on Thursday was about things Americans said when the government reopened.
Some of the highlights include number 10 "it was closed," number 7 "no idea what was accomplished but I assume I have to pay higher taxes," and number 1 "great I just paid for Chinese lessons.’
