The D.C. Council once again censured former Democratic D.C. Mayor Marion Barry with a vote of 9-4. Barry has been accused of accepting $6,800 in cash from two city contractors. Previously Barry was censured for helping a former girlfriend get a $15,000 city contract. Barry says he will keep on working despite being striped of both staff and office.
