Rep. Mike Rogers (R., Ala.) slammed President Joe Biden's management of the United States' disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, suggesting Biden is either "senile" or "in denial."
"Joe Biden created this place that we've got over there ... with his reckless decision-making," Rogers, the ranking member on the House Armed Services Committee, said at a Republican leadership press conference on Tuesday. "Either he's senile or he's in denial."
