NBC correspondent Andrea Mitchell is so over those criticizing the Iran nuclear deal.
Mitchell rolled her eyes when discussing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s grave concerns over the deal, a new video by Digitas Daily shows.
"And to people like Prime Minister Netanyahu, who said today it [the deal] was a mistake of historic proportions, can you answer that?" Mitchell asked Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif.
Mitchell’s eyes flicker upward when she quotes Netanyahu’s criticism of the deal.
Eye rolling is widely viewed as a way to non-verbally communicate disdain or contempt. However, Slate reports that in past centuries eye rolling conveyed "passion and lust," which raises interesting possibilities.
It is also possible that Mitchell was trying to placate Zarif’s notorious temper by siding with him against his nation’s sworn enemies.
