Tonight Show host Jay Leno joked Thursday night about President Obama's comments about marijuana being no more harmful than alcohol in his recent interview with the New Yorker.
"But doctors warn pot smoking impairs young people's thinking, which of course makes them much more likely to sign up for Obamacare," he said.
