A video of Wisconsin Democratic gubernatorial candidate Mary Burke struggling to define ‘plagiarism' has emerged in a broadcast from WMTV in Madison, Wis.

When asked to define the act of which she has been accused, Burke said plagiarism was, "Probably…using words, exact words, from a source that doesn't…that isn't cited.
