Democratic National Committee interim chairwoman Donna Brazile didn't answer CNN's Wolf Blitzer on Monday as wto hy Hillary Clinton has an issue with honesty.
Clinton has had trouble in polls throughout the campaign when voters have asked if they find Clinton to be honest and trustworthy.
"Why does she have such a problem when it comes to the honesty and trustworthy issue?" Blitzer asked.
"Look, people don't trust the media, they don't trust politicians, they hate everybody in Washington, DC, but me and you of course and that's part of what's happened in America," Brazile said. "It's so polarized, people are so divided."
"What Hillary Clinton needs to do tonight is talk into the camera, look at the American people and remind them that she is someone who gotten things done on their behalf," Brazile added..
Nowhere in her answer did Brazile mention Clinton's specific issues with honesty or trust. Blitzer did not push her further on the issue.
