CNN host Piers Morgan drew just 281,000 total viewers and a mere 52,000 in the 25-54 demographic Monday night, a staggeringly low draw for the 9 p.m. hour, according to TV By the Numbers.
Morgan, whose show Piers Morgan Live airs against Fox News Channel's consistent ratings slot champ Hannity and MSNBC's The Rachel Maddhow Show, is preceded by Anderson Cooper 360, who drew 417,000 total viewers and 121,000 in the 25-54 demo at 8 p.m. that night.
That meant Morgan had a decrease of 136,000 total viewers and 69,000 in the demo from the 8 p.m. hour to his, drops of 33 and 57 percent, respectively.
