Federal authorities charged three suspects with conspiring to obstruct justice and destroy evidence in the aftermath of the Boston Marathon bombings.
Two of the men, Dias Kadyrbayev, 19, and Azamat Tazhayakov, also 19, are citizens of Kazakhstan on student visas in the United States.
