Scott Invites O'Brien to Live in Florida After Leaving CNN

Gov. Rick Scott (R., Fla.) invited CNN host Soledad O'Brien to come live in Florida after her run at the network ends on Wednesday's edition of "Starting Point."

"I'm thinking about taking a little vacation to Florida," she said, laughing. "I've got a little time coming up free. I love Miami."

News broke in February that O'Brien would lose her job as anchor of the morning program that consistently struggled in the ratings, part of a shakeup by new network president Jeff Zucker.

O'Brien said at the end of the interview her last day would be Friday:
