Little: 'We Have Very Good Intelligence' on North Korea

Pentagon spox dismisses idea U.S. lacks intel to prevent North Korean attack

Pentagon spokesperson George Little dismissed the notion that the Obama Administration lacks proper intelligence on North Korea to prevent an attack by the rogue nation Tuesday on CNN:

ERIN BURNETT: So, I'm wondering how much, you know, you feel we know about what's happening and the right moment to act. Former CIA operative Bob Baer told us today the U.S. does not have quality intelligence on what's happening in North Korea, in fact he saidwe know less than we thought we knew about Iraq prior to that invasion. So are you 100 percent certain, George, you have enough intelligence to stop North Korea before they fire or not?

GEORGE LITTLE: We have very solid information and we are closely monitoring the situation. You can never have 100 percent perfect intelligence. But we have very good intelligence, let me assure you of that.
