Holder Doesn't Know When He Recused Himself from Leak Investigation

Attorney General Eric Holder could not recall what day he recused himself from the investigation of national security leaks while testifying Wednesday before the House Judiciary Committee, but he speculated it was "towards the beginning of the matter."
