Yet another brawl occurred on the floor of the Ukrainian parliament Tuesday when, according to ABC News, a politician's use of Russian in his speech infuriated members of the opposing party.

Members of a far-right party were also insulted at being called "neo-fascists" by a speaker, leading them to a fight with president Viktor Yanukovych’s party. Despite the speaker asking everyone to "calm down," punching, shoving, and hair-pulling ensued, and parliament had to be suspended.

This is the third time in less than a year that violence has come to the floor of Ukrainian government. Last May, opposition and pro-president deputies came to blows over a bill that sought to accept Russian as an official language in the country. Tensions between the Russian-speaking East and Ukrainian-speaking West boiled over into fisticuffs in December while picking a new speaker from Yanukovych's ruling party.
