Even Obama’s biggest fans are turning their backs on him.
Mara Schiavocampo, MSNBC host, expressed her frustration with Obamacare Tuesday morning as she tried to sign up for it. Schiavocampo tried to access the freshly launched healthcare website to get the full Obamacare experience- what millions of Americans are doing today, but was met with technical glitches and difficulties.
Schiavocampo logged onto healthcare.gov, created an account, provided her personal information, but soon after could not access the part of the website that would allow her to choose a plan. Repeatedly, she received an error page. After thirty minutes of trying to access the pick-your-plan page, Schiavocampo unsuccessfully attempted to initiate an online chat with somebody on the Obamacare site.
She then decided to call the help number in hopes of speaking with a highly-trained navigator. Her first call lasted three minutes. Her second call lasted twenty minutes. The calls repeatedly played a recorded message.
After a lengthy amount of time spent trying to navigate the newly minted Obamacare site, Mara became discouraged and exclaimed, "If I were signing up for myself, this is where my patience would be exhausted."
