Jay Leno Monologue Goes After Obamacare Rollout

During his opening monologue Tuesday night NBC host Jay Leno discussed the lengthy and frustrating process that Americans face in signing up for Obamacare.

Leno joked it was easier to join al-Qaeda than it was to sign up for health insurance on the Obamacare website.
