Sen. John Cornyn (R., Texas) called Obamacare "the biggest case of consumer fraud ever perpetrated in this country" Tuesday on the Senate floor.
Cornyn's statement has credence given President Obama's blatantly false campaign promise "if you like your healthcare you can keep your healthcare."
The president's repeated reassurance played a large role in securing his reelection. According to a recent Washington Post poll, voters would back Romney over Obama if given a second chance.
