Former Michigan governor Jennifer Granholm said she was "high on democracy" during her rousing speech at the Democratic National Convention.
"I did not have any Red Bull," Granholm said in an interview with CNN Wednesday. "I was not -- didn't have any medication. I was high on democracy."
