Newly elected Texas congressman Greg Casar was spotted Tuesday night at the State of the Union address desperately determined to shake the hand of America's first octogenarian president.
Casar, a member of the Democratic Socialists of America who has compared "defund the police" activists to Martin Luther King Jr, ultimately failed to shake Biden's hand. The Washington Free Beacon has a video breakdown of the failed effort.
