Texas Democratic State Senator Wendy Davis, championed by pro-choice advocates for her Tuesday filibuster that delayed vote on a bill that would enact tough abortion restrictions, gave an interview with MSNBC host Chris Hayes Wednesday on All In during which neither liberal mentioned the word "abortion" once.
The two threw out phrases like "access to health care," "this issue" and "fights on this terrain," but neither could actually say the word "abortion" during the interview segment that lasted more than five minutes. Hayes did reference the "anti-abortion bill" earlier in his introduction.
Later on CNN, Davis again avoided use of the term while discussing her filibuster with Anderson Cooper.
