MSNBC's cameras caught New York mayor Rudy Giuliani Thursday mouthing "where are the balloons" after Donald Trump concluded his speech accepting the Republican presidential nomination.
It took almost three minutes after Trump finished his address, but the red, white and blue balloons finally did fall down. Giuliani was surely relieved.
