Girl Scout Sets Up Shop Outside a Marijuana Clinic

Sells over 100 boxes of Girl Scout cookies in two hours

Cannabis consumers craving Thin Mints and Samoas were in luck last Monday.

Thirteen year old Girl Scout Danielle Lei set up her cookie stand next to The Green Cross, a marijuana clinic in San Francisco.

"It’s no secret that cannabis is an appetite stimulant — so it’s not shocking that a lot of our patients came and purchased cannabis, and then saw the cookies and purchased them," Holli Bert, a spokesperson for The Green Cross, told Mashable in an e-mail.

Even though The Green Cross sells "Girl Scout Cookies" flavored marijuana, customers still clamored for Lei’s cookies.

Lei’s mother said her daughter sold 117 boxes in just two hours.
