Harrington Breaks Down Tax Reform Prospects in Wake of Budget Passage

Washington Free Beacon reporter Elizabeth Harrington discussed the prospects for passing tax reform this year in the wake of Thursday's House vote to pass the 2018 budget in an appearance on "Fox News Tonight."

The House joined the Senate in narrowly passing the 2018 budget by a 216-212 vote on Thursday in a critical step for Republicans to achieve their long-time goal of overhauling the tax code.

Harrington broke down why 20 Republicans bucked the party and voted with House Democrats who were unanimous in their opposition to the budget blueprint, as well as what tax reform measures would be dealbreakers for President Donald Trump and how to get moderate Republicans onboard.
