Mitchell Suggests Chicken Soup for Clinton’s Pneumonia

MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell told Hillary Clinton’s campaign spokesman Brian Fallon that chicken soup was the answer for Clinton and her recent diagnosis of pneumonia.

"Chicken soup, it’s worked for years and years," Mitchell said.

Fallon laughed and said that Clinton has been prescribed antibiotics and rest.

Clinton has cancelled her two-day fundraising jaunt in California because of the diagnosis. There is no word on the status of her schedule for the remainder of the week.

Clinton abruptly left a 9/11 memorial service on Sunday, and video captured the Democratic presidential nominee fainting before being assisted by her Secret Service detail into a waiting van.

Clinton’s campaign team originally said that she had become overheated but hours later disclosed that Clinton was diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday.
