Political scientist Jason Johnson made fun of President Obama's 1990 haircut on a CNN segment Friday. The panel was discussing the video of the president speaking at Harvard in support of Prof. Derrick Bell in 1990.

Johnson is a professor of political science and communications at Hiram College in Hiram, Ohio.
