Ed Schultz: South Full of 'Low-Information Voters'

ED SCHULTZ: (Newt Gingrich is) lying to the American people if he thinks he has the formula to get us guaranteed down to $2.50 a gallon. I don’t mean to dis the South, but low-information voters might grab onto that, but I don’t know.
