Tom Cotton’s campaign for Senate is out with a new TV ad called "Three Dollar Bill."
The new ad is aimed directly at the Harry Reid affiliated Democrat Senate Majority PAC, which attacked Cotton for his work at McKinsey, claiming that he "got paid handsomely working for insurance companies and corporate interests."
This claim earned the PAC "four Pinocchios" by Washington Post fact-checker Glenn Kessler.
"This attack ad attempts to connect the dots: Rep. Tom Cotton made a fortune working for insurance companies, the story goes, and so he would happily do their bidding as Republicans dismantle Medicare," wrote Kessler. "The problem is that these dots are as phony as a three-dollar bill."
