MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough and Chuck Todd discussed how the Obama administration showcased the website before its launch, and expressed confidence that the site would work.
Scarborough went as far to say the administration "was extraordinarily confident that it was going to be working."
It seems this confidence was misguided since the Obamacare website launched 21 days ago, as reports of technical problems with the site have been nonstop.
