Speaker of the House John Boehner brushed off a hypothetical question about whether he would be willing to reopen the government without any changes to Obamacare Thursday in remarks to the press:
REPORTER: Mr. Speaker will you reopen the government if the president doesn't agree to do anything to change Obamacare?
JOHN BOEHNER: If ands and buts were candy and nuts, everyday would be Christmas.
