Sen. Barbara Boxer (D., Calif.) was rather demographically challenged while on MSNBC Wednesday.
Boxer pointed to President Obama canceling his trip to the "Asian part of the world," as an example of how this government shutdown is affecting the country negatively.
It should be noted the Presidents was scheduled to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit in Bali, Indonesia, and the East Asia Summit in Brunei.
While both summits are located in Asia, the vast majority of people located in these areas are not Asian.
