Former President George W. Bush dressed in a Santa suit to visit a Dallas children’s hospital and hand out toys to patients who have to spend Christmas in the hospital, the Daily Mail reports.
One family, who lost one of their twin daughters to a heart disease, posted pictures on Facebook.

Her daughter, Shayde, died in January.
Her surviving daughter, Emily, has undergone a heart replacement, but is constantly in and out of the hospital as her body rejects the organ.
