Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders face razor-thin primary battles in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island, according to new polling released Monday.

Public Policy Polling data shows Sanders four percentage points ahead of Clinton in Rhode Island while he trails the former secretary of state by two percentage points in Connecticut and ten percentage points in Pennsylvania. The primary elections in the three states are just a day away.

In Rhode Island, 49 percent of likely Democratic voters back Sanders while 45 percent support Clinton. Thirty-three delegates are up for grabs in the state and will be divvied up proportionally.

Clinton has a 48 percent-to-46 percent lead in Connecticut and a wider 51 percent-to-41 percent lead in Pennsylvania. This marks a shift from polling released last month showing Clinton 25 percentage points ahead of the Vermont senator in Pennsylvania, according to a Franklin and Marshall study.

Voters in all three states will hit the polls April 26.

The Sanders campaign gained steam earlier this month with the self-described Democratic socialist clinching victory in seven states consecutively, but Clinton slowed his momentum after last week’s huge win in New York

Clinton also maintains a significant delegate lead over her opponent in the race for the nomination.

Sanders acknowledge his "narrow path to victory" during an interview with NBC’s "Meet the Press Sunday," but said he would continue to fight until the race ends in California.
