The Freedom Partners Action Fund has posted a web video contrasting the very different views on Obamacare of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and former President Bill Clinton.
While Hillary Clinton proclaimed on the campaign trail that Obamacare, also known as the Affordable Care Act, is "one of the great accomplishments" of the Obama administration and something that should be preserved, her husband had something far different to say this week.
"So you’ve got this crazy system where all of a sudden 25 million more people have health care and then the people who are out there busting it, sometimes 60 hours a week, wind up with their premiums doubled and their coverage cut in half," he said. "It’s the craziest thing in the world."
The language was strong enough that the former president was forced to walk it back the next day, insisting the law did a "world of good," but the damage was already done.
"So which is it?" the video asks, before imploring the viewer to ask Democratic senate candidates how they feel about the law.
