Graham: Iran Deal Doesn't Dismantle Anything

Graham: 'I’ve seen a movie like this before called North Korea, it did not end well'

November 25, 2013

Senator Lindsey Graham (R., S.C.) expressed concerns about the nuclear deal with Iran during an appearance on CNN’s New Day Monday.

Rogers argued the Iranian deal could implode and make the situation worse, much like what happened with North Korea. "I’ve seen a movie like this before called North Korea, it did not end well. I don't think this -- what will this deal accomplish in terms of the end game? The end game is to dismantle the plutonium reactor. The end game should be to stop enrichment. This allows 18,000 centrifuges to stay in place and it basically just suspends construction of the plutonium reactor. We’re so far away what the end game should look like. I’m very worried."
