Somebody had a case of the munchies last week!
During a House Judiciary Committee hearing, Rep. Joe Garcia (D., Fla.) sat and listened to Rep. Suzan DelBene (D., Wash.) testify about government surveillance programs, all the while picking his ear and eating it.
While some might think such grooming and eating behavior is a rare sight, it is not unique to Garcia and is actually quite common - gorillas often engage in this type of activity, as seen here.
