Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said Wednesday the United States and Europe should be arming Syrian opposition forces, in an interview with CNN.
"I think we've wasted a lot of time in the Security Council," Rice said. "Russian and China were clearly were never going to go along with an international response."
Rice will speak Wednesday night at the Republican National Convention.
