A Day with Speaker Boehner

Speaker of the House John Boehner (R., Ohio) starts his day as all successful people do: at 5:30 a.m.

In his latest video from his office, Boehner pulls back the curtain to show behind the scenes as the man third in line to become president balances health, fitness, and his responsibilities as Speaker of the House. Boehner is briefed on the day by 9 a.m.

President Obama starts his day a full two hours after Boehner's, at 7:30 a.m., where he is known to watch SportsCenter and read his iPad. In Obama's defense, the President is a renowned night owl and works well into the night. The House Speaker, however, is tucked in by 10 p.m.--because nothing ever good happens after 10 o'clock at night.
