ANCHOR: New Haven police are also investigating a rape that happened at the Occupy encampment. This man, 53-year-old England Gamble of New Haven, is under arrest. Police say one of the protesters found the victim in her tent yesterday morning. The victim told several witnesses that she had been raped; she was treated at Yale New Haven Hospital.
