The Free Beacon’s Lachlan Markay joined Dana Loesch on TheBlaze TV to discuss the impact of new Obama regulations in 2015. There were 2,374 proposed new rules by the Obama Administration on top of the 3,541 regulations already in existence in 2014.
Referring to these proposed regulations, Markay said, "By definition these are things he could not get through Congress."
Markay believes that Obama will use his pen and his phone more often in 2015, saying, "As he is faced with a Congress that doesn’t agree with him on these key issues, you are going to see more and more of this, not less and less."
The regulations proposed will mostly be focused on empowering the EPA against fossil fuels. Republicans will also have to fight the FCC from proposed Net Neutrality rules that would want to trust the government to regulate the Internet. FEC rules to regulate subject matter such as YouTube videos and tweets with political content is also deeply concerning, Markay said.
