Koch Industries is releasing a series of promotional videos called "We Are Koch," featuring hardworking, blue-collar employees who are proud of their professions.
Steve, the reliability manager at Koch's Flint Hills Resources, says his "career is just getting started" at the Iowa ethanol plant.
"I'm excited that I'm at a place where my opinion matters," Steve said. "I am free to make decisions and challenge results to identify a better process forward."
Koch Industries employs 60,000 people.
