Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.) exploded on CNN anchor Wolf Blitzer in an interview Tuesday about coronavirus stimulus negotiations.
Pelosi accused Blitzer of being a Republican apologist after he suggested meeting President Donald Trump halfway on a deal and not letting "the perfect be the enemy of the good." She demanded he show proper "respect" for her work on COVID relief, and the testy exchange ended with Blitzer noting citizens in Pelosi's San Francisco district begging for food.
"Have you fed them? We feed them," she said. "We feed them."
